Sustainability Report

With more than 60% of the employees of its production sites certified to ISO 14001 at the end of 2008, Bobst Group continues to pursue its goal of 100% certification. Every site is currently equipped with an effective structure for safety at work and environmental protection, enabling the Group to apply its policy on a worldwide level.

In 2008, the increase in collaboration between the various companies of the Group was reflected in a range of projects such as the optimization of transportation and the continuation of the ISO 14001 certification programs and showed that, in a dubious economic situation, sustainable development remains an important objective for the Bobst Group.

The application of sustainable development principles, supported by actions creating continuous improvements, is the basis of the Bobst Group strategy on this matter. The Group continues to work towards its “excellence in sustainable development”, respectful of both its environment and its people.
